On 28 July I bought 2 pizzas from Debonairs West End in Nelspruit. The delivery was schedules for 1815 and around that time I received a phone call saying that the delivery would be a bit delayed. I appreciated the call but when the pizzas arrived some time later it looked like the boxes had been dropped. In one case the topping was stuck to the top of the box, in the other the pizza was all scrunched up at the bottom of the box. The pizzas were also cold. I have emailed Debonairs twice and have received no reply - I am not looking for a refund (although Debonairs should have offered this) but some sort of assurance that they have addressed the problem and that I will not have a similar experience...

Order online wanted to pay with my card then card machine not working then told me to pay with E wallet so I did then driver told me I must pay more for banking charges.
