Mugg & Bean Midstream — Restaurant in Midstream Estate

I recently visited Mugg & Bean, and unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. Upon being seated, my family and I tried to engage with the waitress (Kelly) in order to find table, but she repeatedly ignored us, barely acknowledging our presence. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially as we were trying to politely ask for assistance and was being repeatedly snubbed. Beautiful place, great food, but bad service received

I brought one of my clients to this mugg and bean 2 weeks ago. I arrived first to select our seat, and the waiter seemed impatient with me, but i brushed it off because of how busy they were. I ordered a coffee with the same waitress, and she had no hospitality tawords me.
