Steers — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

Very disappointed with Steers Anthos in Monument Krugersdorp. I called in at 15.54 and placed an order with Nonhlahla who advised me that my order was going to be delivered within 45mins. 2 hrs later no order had come and kept thinking they're almost here. I then tried calling them to follow up but the line kept putting me through to an unanswered voice recording. I then decided to drive there as i didn't want to buy elsewhere only for them to deliver too and when i got there the place was already closed. There i was sitting with 4 hungry kids now driving around on Christmas day trying to find a food outlet that was open at 8 with no success. When all steers could have done was advise me that they were not bringing my order.

Ordered through Mr Delivery - wanted 2 M'Phase meals - one with 2 beef burgers and one with a beef burger and a chicken burger. Got 2 beef and two chicken. The chicken burgers were so soggy and disgusting - the one had the last end of the tomatoe with the brown dirty center on. There was absolutely no flavour and it it was so mushy you had to scrap it off the paper with a knife!!!! The chips were old and oily and disgusting. This is the worst food I have ever had at Steers!! When the food got here it was cold and the Steers is only 10 minutes from my house. Probably made long before the time and then just dumped into the bag. It was so badly packaged - really shocking!! I will NEVER order from this Steers again. What a...

Bad experience... got charged for a cheese burger meal when I ordered a cheese burger and Large chips... I was given a cheese burger with the regular fries in a large container... and when I went back to day to confirm my suspension the attitude was pretty much screw you dude ! Not cool not on deception is not right! And giving me the thumbs up when I left realy pushed it home ... thanks ... you won't be seeing me again. I was charged for a meal and a large fries as my price for the "burger " was over R 70 and when I asked this pm what's the orce for just a burger the answer was R 50 odd I jusy don't like deviant motives and folks thinking theu can fool me... left a bitter taste in...
