I had a terrible experience at this Tiger's Milk. I went to the Clint L show with my friends, which was absolutely amazing. If it weren't for paying for my ticket to see this dj I would have left. The service was terrible, the manager is rude and the way that Tiger's Milk tried to organize this event was very unprofessional. Lack of information for the night of the event, and no professional organization. Our waiter had no idea what was going on regarding the details for this event. The worst part is that the event details stipulated that the event will start from 16:00- 1:00am but the dj only came at around 10pm. There's nothing wrong with the dj's times, but the event coordinators not having enough details about what was going on and a proper structure of the nights schedule. And a waitress came and asked us if people can come and put their drinks on our table and hang out, we kindly said no, but there were two guys who put their drinks on our table and stood there, while the bar was right there. Let's not forget how our waiter refused to wipe down our tables, gave us dirty menus and handed my mom a cracked glass with her...
Read moreFirst time visiting Tiger's Milk for our anniversary, and it will be the last. What a disappointment. First of all, the music is so loud, you can barely hear each other talk. We ordered our first round of drinks, Sherbet Smack and a Rock Shandy, and it came out quite quickly. I ordered another Sherbet Smack, and the waiter brought me a Rock Shandy. I didn't mind, but it tasted like a watered down version of Rock Shandy. Then the food... What a disappointment. I ordered Bao Buns. The waiter asked me how the steak should be done, and I said medium rare. It came to the table and there was about three thin strips on the Bao Buns that was more on the well done side. We also ordered Amazeballs. There was barely any filling.
I do not recommend. Way overpriced for the quality of food we received.
Update: It's been a month later and still no feedback from...
Read moreAfter a rocky experience last week, I gave Tiger’s Milk Silverstar another shot—and I’m glad I did. The vibe was magnetic from the moment I walked in. The music, ambience and energy made it genuinely hard to leave. Calvin and his team exceeded our expectations. Everything was on point. Fries were crispy, seasoned just right, and served hot. It’s the kind of detail that makes you feel like the kitchen team was passionate about what they were doing. Service was smoother this time, and the overall ambience reminded me why this spot has so much potential. We literally stopped going to Tigers Milk Cedar Square when Silverstar was opened since it’s close to our house and it’s safer. Here’s hoping this momentum continues. When Tiger’s Milk gets it right, it’s one of those places you want to linger a...
