I haven’t been to this establishment a lot but on my third time visiting the establishment I had their all you can eat buffet, as I’ve had in the passed, and the food was very old. My sashimi was grey and all my sushi was quite old and mushy. The food is prepared well but you can see that the products are extremely old. I’ve been sick for the passed three days as this has been one of the only meals I’ve eaten in that time period and something is very wrong. This used to be my go-to sushi place for approx. 2 years and I must have spent over 3k at this place. Sadly I have seen a marked drop in their quality of sushi. On predictably busy nights the staff are swamped and the orders are slow and the service adequate at best. As repeat customers we also expected a level of familiarity with the staff but unfortunately this was not the case and were often berated and then charged for what would be the 2 pieces of sushi left on the plate - after having spent thousands of rands at the place. I just feel like money could be better...

A really wonderful place. The sushi is superb. It is made by authentic hands and the serving platter is an artistic view. One complaint is when going to the restaurant on a Friday evening you need to be prepared to wait as the restaurant is very busy with table orders as well as a large take away amount of orders. Maybe a second authentic pair of hands creating the sushi will prevent a back leg and long wait for the table diners.
