Franki Bananaz Hayfields inc. Scoozi's Pizza — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Been here a few times to give the benefit of the doubt. But every time have been met with poor service from waitresses, the tables were oily and the menues were sticky and dirty. Music is too loud-and waitresses get irritated if they have to repeat themselves if you can't hear what they said the first time due to the music. Attention to detail is lacking-for example, tables and chairs untidy when no customers are seated, new glass doors need a stopper so that they aren't bumping into the back of your chair if you're seated there, Not sure if we were being treated a specific way because of our age, race, or any other factor I may not have considered, but I always treat waitron with utmost respect and kindness, we were not met with the same courtesy. Straws thrown onto the table, ignored for several minutes at a time, and waitress was only friendly when it came to paying the bill, the first time we came our drinks took forever to arrive , fourth time was at least better.

Overall, management perhaps needs to be more hands on with training and attention to detail, restuarant and bar has potential,but experience is lacking. Empty Dom pedro glass picture attached just for information. It's really small and mostly just foam, tasted good just way too...

I'll never go there again. After the new owner took over we went there for dinner the service was atrocious. We vowed that we would not return. However Last week Friday I said I'll let's give it a second try. Booked a table for 8 people for 6pm. Arrived on time. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress to come take our drinks order. This order only got to our table at 7:10 and it was only half the order. We waited a further 50 minutes to receive the balance which were milkshakes. I feel this is unacceptable. I gave Scoozi's a second chance and they failed dismally. With this type of service I am sure they will be loosing a lot of patrons. My money will be better...

Was quite a delightful setting with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements.my ex treated me to a delightful lunch of a 200gram meduim done steak with chips and a mushroom sauce and a cheese sauce..it was very evident both sauces were freshly made..and although ..the chips were slighty burnt on the edges , the steak proved delicious as did both the sauces..my ex opted for a large chiken pizza that he enjoyed tremendously.(.woodfired pizza if im not mistaken..)we both opted for grapetizers to drink ...which my ex followed up with a refreshing fruit drink..i must commend the service from management and staff ..excellent ..and of course my ex for introducing...
