What a dreadful customer service day at Polokwane today. We went for a meal today. We ordered milks shakes and wings. The waiter that served us was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. The problem we had today was, the paper straws. The straws don't seal and you can drink the shakes with them. The waiter coul obviously not do anything and we asked for the manager. Augustine arrived at our table. After he STRETCHED AND YAWNED TO FULL EXTEND AT OUR TABLE. We explained the problem. With 0% inyerest and a blank look on his face he said, WE GET THEM FROM HEAD OFFICE. That was that. He looked at us as if he was bored. Wow what a terrible experience. Fith visit to this store with my wife. Waiters are standing outside..Counting id say, no more than 8 tables are being served, yet it took about 5min before our first drink arrived.. even after asking the waiter, Food still arrived 32 minutes later.. cold! Well to be honest, the fries were sort of inbetween..

Music playing is rather loud- not sure what genre becuase it sounds like a loud noise.

i believe if the manager paid a bit of attention to the tables and the grillers try a little harder, this store could become a favourite spot.

My best experience is still the RocoMamas in Durban and Potchefstroom.
