Debonairs Pizza Cosmo Mall — Restaurant in Roodepoort

I am so disappointed with the service that I got in Cosmo city Mall today the 10/09/2022.I was craving for a pizza since in the morning,so I decided to go to the mall and buy it.when I get there I kindly explained to the lady that I just wanna rush to the other stores as they will be closing soon and she said it’s okay.Unfortunately when I come back ,I represented my slip to the same lady who assisted me and she was like’’why did u go because I took ur order and gave it to someone else cause you were not around”with her rudeness on her face.so I then asked her that what will be the solution?and she replied by saying that if you wanna cancel the order,you are mostly welcome.I said to that lady that I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL IT,I just want my pizza and that’s all.She started swearing at me and so forth.The worst part of it is that those pizzas had a crunching of rocks/stones in them.She even threw them at me rather than giving me them nicely.I had a bad experience ever and I DO NOT EVEN THINK I WILL EVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN.The other thing is that all eyes were on me and I am very shy,can you jst imagine.Pls may you pls address...

I am very disappointed from the service i received from the Debonairs Pizza branch in Cosmo City.

I placed an order for Pizza so my wife can drink her Meds at 16:00 on the 28 July 2022 and we waited for the order until i called them after an hour and a half which the lady hanged up the phone on my ear and then called again then spoke to Glenda who then said i did not order as there is nothing on their system.

I was so frustrated and then hanged up the call as i felt they were waiting my time. Glenda called me again to let me know she spoke to the call centre whom they confirmed my order was indeed placed but never went through to the branch.

The same thing happened on my last order after ordering a pizza that was delivered 2hours later and today this happens, the lady who had hanged up my phone call would have resolved this issue if she did not hang...

I am dissapointed with the service at debonairs cosmo city, yesterday i called to order a pizza for drlivery Yvonne took my order. I ordered a double crammed crust meaty. What i received upon delivery was exactly not what i ordered it seemed like a single i ordered crrme soda 2 litre too but the driver claimed to have forgotten it he went back nd brouhht the drink. What dissapointed me more was the fact that when i called back to complain about the wrong pizza i got there was no answer. We use airtime to order we pay delivery fees nd still get wrong orders this ia not the 1st time it happens. There's a lot of negligence happening at debonairs cosmo. I hope management can always observe and motivate their staff to do better. I am really not happy with experience i keep receiving at...
