Steers Cosmo Mall — Restaurant in Roodepoort

Steers Cosmo mall K2013/113333 the worst experience of my life, came in to buy milkshake at steers was told to go order at fishaways, I ordered one large and one medium milkshake they then said that there is no Med cream soda milkshake of which it is on the steers order board. When I asked why its not there,the at the counter that doesn't have a name badge(Yvonne Tshabalala on the slip) said she doesn't know why and started ringing up 2 large milkshakes and took the money off the counter. I then had to wait 5min for my order to b recognised on the system, just for the staff member Sibusiso to realise that there is no milk in the store. He then goes to ask at fishaways about the milk and has to go ask for cash to send one of delivery drivers to go buy milk at the local PNP. All in all the delay took about 20minutes to be Made. There was no explanation whatsoever and when I asked I got ignored. Worst customer...

absolutely trash, giving you 1 star cause I can’t give you ZERO! waited over 2 hours to receive my order, dumb app wasn’t working (AS ALWAYS) so i couldn’t even tell how far the driver was. eventually driver arrives but missed my house and goes back to Cosmo Mall. They don’t pick up the phone and the manager makes us pay twice for delivery and food came cold but that’s to be expected from a restaurant that already has 2 stars. Got to the door, the lady that was sanitizing didn't take my temperature and when I ask why her exact words were "hai I'm tired" I thought okay I'm not here for temperature anyway.
