KFC Cosmo City — Restaurant in Roodepoort

The WORST POSSIBLE KFC. This is not just one experience but 3 experiences where I experienced bottom of the barrel service, but I cant spare them again the chance to not have my voice heard. But just on this one I made an order online through the instagram Kentucky Town link, I make payment and wait. 30 mins go by, no update, 45 mins go by, no call no text no update. I dont have a tracking number so I can’t even track updates. I call Karabo from customer care ba re order is on its way. Mind you I stay 2.5km from this KFC. Wait another 15 mins, call again Zama tells me that the order is still being prepared, do we want to collect or wait. Im so fed up at this point that I decide to pick up. Head to KFC, they know nothing about my order. They apparently dont deliver, im confused because I was told delivery is on their way. Turns out after 1H30 mins no order was made. I ask to speak to the manager Mapelo about the issue, she laughs in our faces . Really??? Whats funny about waiting almost 2 hrs for a simple order…mxm. She steps out, ignored me and talks to a friend outside by the car. Luckily I met the sweetest most helpful lady by the name of Dimakatso, she sympathised with us, corrected the matter and swiftly got our order done. Dimaktso darling you deserve to be manager , you have quick problem solving skills, a welcoming smile and real customer service. Mapelo needs to be demoted, no sense of management qualities at all. Only got my food 2 hrs since I placed the order. Food wasnt great either, Im shap with Cosmo KFC. Never again, especially that this isnt the first time I receive...

I don’t normally want to critic a company unless I truly believe that the service received was truly unacceptable and bad. I came to order simple dunked wings and my order took over 40 minutes. I ordered through the ordering machine at KFC and received my slip from the cashier. After waiting about 20 minutes I went back to the cashier to follow up on my order and she seemed confused as if I didn’t order. She said I must go back to my seat and she will call me when my order is ready, I waited another 15 minutes and went to ask how long should I expect to wait and she literally ignored me even though I was standing right in front of her, she helped other people around me but did not help me, after she helped everyone else she just left without giving me any feedback. I then went to ask another cashier about my order and she told me to wait 10 minutes. I just couldn’t believe that multiple people who ordered after me got their order way faster and sooner than I did. I literally waiting 45-50 minutes just for dunked wings and to my surprise people who ordered 20 minutes after me received their ordered before I did. I was very displeased and will probably not order food at...

always full especially month end.. there isn't much parking in the area and the area itself is always packed... it is however close to shoprite and close to a liquor store.. there is only on atm at this place and I dount security is tight.. its congested here and the queue to the money market next door is always full... the queue sometimes pushes over to the KFC queue... the staff here is friendly and they always try to push for quick service, but because it is the only KFC in the area, the is a lot of people coming to the same spot. it's close to the main road though, close to taxis and close to the freeway. there are a lot of vendors around and there are a lot people selling on the side of the road next to KFC... there is atleast a builder's warehouse close so it is general a close place to be at.... the KFC itself is not so clean and it has small seating space but atleast it's at the corner so Its easy to notice... this can be a quick pick up spot or used as a land mark... they serve the full restuarant menu here and the icecream is always fresh and ready made. I just wish I was not...
