The cashiers are not welcoming and accommodating. Went to buy a full chicken and quarter leg they said they have a breast if I want the leg I must wait for someone to buy the breast then they can cut the quarter leg. Ayyyy I was confused because you have a choice as a customer. I ended up buying chicken wings.

Always have great service, food is fresh and taste great. Just wish it was not so expensive. Anyway the food is always amazing and would suggest steers for a quick bite anytime of the day. Love the specials they have kind of makes a person feel like it's a good saving.

I am very disappointed in this branch. I was at Steers ordering 2x milkshakes and 1x "phanda meal". I had ordered this at 13:29:42 on 07/04/2023 (exact to the slip), I had been waiting for ≥10 minutes after the "Phanda Meal" had been made for the cashier to finish the milkshakes. She is rude, inconsiderate. "Uniter" is the name on her tag, she had a great conversation with the cooks in the kitchen neglecting her work. as a customer this is unbearable. Please correct your employee as the other cashiers are friendly and on point, Uniter is a waste of your resources as you pay her for not doing her job. customer...
