Our waiter did not want to give us the requested ammount of alcohol. I understand your resturaunt closes early. So we ordered R500 in drinks only because the kitchen was closing and shorlty after came last rounds. I wanted to order ALLOT more but she our waiter declined me to do so, I would have offered everyone drinks if I was given the opportunity. Instead we had a waiter question our ability to finish our order before closing time. If I pay for it what does it matter if I finish it or not. This was on a tuesday evening.

The drinks we did recieve was not cold. And we had to request an icebucket to come with multiple beers, I expected it to be presented in the bucket to start with especially if it was warm.

After placing this order it took her around 15-20min to bring bottled beverages to us. But there was only around 9 people in the bar.

Upon closing time we walked up because it was 9pm , only to find ourselves locked in with no staff member to unclip the door and kindly escort us out. Review the CCTV

I reside 1.2km from this establishment but I higly doubt that I would ever revisit this branch.
