My name is Mary and I'm your unhappy customer. Today at 18h41 I placed an order as I thought the food would be here quicker.

I have never had such bad service in my life, wait for food for 2 hours from a fast food joint?

I tried calling but no answered, not even 1 person had the decency to call me and tell me what was wrong.

My son was so excited but he didn't get to even enjoy it since it got here late. Very disappointing and extremely heartbroken.

On your app it showed that the order was completed, I thought maybe they sent it to the wrong house or maybe they simply forgot.

I stay 450m from Roman's pizza and 1,9km from Debonairs, please tell me why I should remain your customer and why my order was accepted if they were at...

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. We ordered a small and a large pizza. We ended up waiting more than an hour. When we call the call centre, the response is the store will phone us. After I phoned the call centres 2 times after the initial, somebody from the store phone me and told me the driver is outside, there was no driver outside. When calling them again they told me the driver is 10 minutes away and about to leave the store. If this happend once I would understand but it happened to us more than twice in 3 months. I had a very disappointing experience. They didn’t have the ingredients to a pizza I had already ordered and paid for and instead of charging me less, I was offered a pizza with cheese and pineapple. (I ordered a four seasons mind you) . The shop attendants also treat you like THEY are doing you a favour as if you aren’t a paying customer or as if YOU finished their ingredients.
