So we ordered food for supper F13 and F15.Chose Large chips was given Large Salad.then in my F15 there was no Fish? I called the store spoke to the manager on duty Masego Absolutely Pathetic.Did not want to help me.refused to bring me a new meal.When I asked if she would compensate me for my petrol to come back to the store.She refused.Well Masego YOU FAILED TO DO YOUR WORK.Had you packed my order correctly I wouldnt be in this situation. Poor service, waited over an hour for our food and when we got home everything we ordered was not in the bags. This is not the first time this happens to us but it is definitely the last time as we will not order from them again. While we were waiting for our order another lady who ordered telephonically/online came to pick up her order and they gave her order to someone else. It was a VERY disappointing visit to Fishaways. The service was mediocre. I ordered a platter for one, and yes even though I asked for fried, the fish and calamari was extremely oily, to such an extent that it made me nauseas.
