McDonald's Sparks Road Drive -Thru — Restaurant in Sydenham

McDonald's Sparks Road is the most pathetic store to purchase nuggets or even a chicken burger because they always burning the burgers or the nuggets and the attitude you get from them is pathetic as well when you complain every time I go to them and this is the complaints I'm always writing went through yesterday and we purchased mcnuggets the 1st Pic is of the 1st mcnuggets we have ordered and 2nd picture is the 2nd one and guess what the guy manager advised this time to us that he can refund the money back the reason why we went there is because my stepson is sick and it's faster get something to eat as my was going to back to work as she is working doubles so we went to the doctor and then we went to McDonald's because after introduce my stepson to McDonald's he loves McDonald's nuggets with the jalapenos sauce not without jalapeno sauce. Just imagine how there order stock they don't order enough stock because every single time we go there there's no jalapeno sauce only the one time we went previous to this the truck was right there delivering the stock and that's how we got the sauce wish the old employees was still working there there was more helpful with a smile on their face. Guess what the managerss calls me to apologize and say can't do anything so I advise her to get someone higher than them to contact me like a area manager or so my wife would do a better job then them and how much experienced with customer service doing stock counting ordering of stock acknowledges her job keeps a customers happy WHEN WILL SOMEONE MUCH HIGHER WILL CONTACT ME BECAUSE COMPLAINING ON THE APP IS STILL GOING BACK TO THE STORE WHEN IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE GOING TO SOMEBODY THAT'S HIGHER THAN THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT'S HAPPENING AND IF THERE RESOLVE THE ISSUE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT HAPPENING WHEREBY YOUR COMPLAINT GOES FROM THE APP BACK TO THE STORE WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE STORE BUT NOBODY IS HELPING YOU IN THE STORE BECAUSE MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW THE JOB AND THERE DON'T EVEN CLEAN CORRECTLY REASON BEING THERE WAS A SPIDER HANGING FROM THE CEILING ONTO THE TABLE AND IT WAS ALMOST ON THE TABLE I HAVE VIDEOS OF THIS THING COMING DOWN THEY DON'T CLEAN THEY DON'T WIPE/ DIST THE CEILINGS THEY ONLY WIPING THEIR WINDOWS LOOKS LIKE AND...

Poor service from a big branded food outlet I used the drive through facility it looks like staff think they are doing you a favour by serving you. Lack of positive greetings and a smile to spruce up your visit. By 11am in the morning they have no chicken mc fillet I was forced to order something I don't enjoy. Staff at two windows through the drive through failed to greet one was more preoccupied in talking with her colleague who most probably pays her salary ! The other where I paid I thought was a robot , expressionless, no smile no greetings just handed me the card machine. The issue with some of this establishment staff and many others is they lack common courtesy and BATHO PELE principles which is a south african thing. The staff was so preoccupied with conversing with each other that they double or triple salted my fries which was unedible even my dog which is a glutton for food spat it out after I discarded it. possibly THE WORST mcdonald's experience i have ever had. my order was placed around 21:25. you'd expect a fast food restaurant to be, well, fast. well that just wasn't the case. my order took nearly an hour to prepare despite it being just 2 burger meals. the restaurant itself was not even busy at the time. on arrival, the food was poorly packaged and messed. the packet was squashed and crinkled and the drinks were leaking from their cups. it looked as if someone had taken a gulp out of our drinks. the fries were no better; barley filled and stale. i specifically requested no onions and pickles on my big mac, yet even that, the simplest of instructions, we're not adhered to. i have never had such an awful experience. never again will i use my hard earned money to purchase from a place that serves its customers food of this caliber. please check your staff and food. incompetent and pathetic. no refund will make up for the disappointment we have just...
