I’m honestly so disappointed. I stopped by the Blue Route branch this afternoon, planning to buy eight bubble teas. I’m a regular customer and always enjoy supporting Ben’s, but today’s experience was really upsetting.
There were four staff members standing around, and I politely asked if they could assist since it was about 10–15 minutes before closing. Instead of responding, they just looked at me, looked away, and completely ignored the question. I eventually just left.
This is extremely poor service, especially from a place I visit often. I even posted about the experience on Instagram, the account viewed the post but ignored it too.
I genuinely hope management takes this seriously. Regular customers...

I have got to say that after tasting Royal and Momo. Bens tapioca boba simply was the most amazingly soft, squishy, spongy, most heavenly boba we have tasted. 10 out of 10 for that and not to mention how amazing the new Cadbury Wispers boba bubble tea is. Really unbelievable. Everyone you have to try it. The ladies behind the counter at Blue Route Ben's Tea are really good at customer service and making Bubble Tea. 👌 This is an outstanding business. Read moreNovember 30, I needed to get 4 emergency Boba straws for a cake order that needed to be finished in 5 hours, I even ordered a Boba tea so that I could get the straws and they straight up said "No" Canceled my order and walked away stressing about what to do cuz I couldn't get any Boba straws anywhere else in time, (I had to use normal paperstraws, it looked ok, but when the customer picked up the cake, it arrived in pieces, they still enjoyed it at least and weren't too bothered luckily) and it was a day before my Graduation Ceremony from Pastry School.
