McDonald's East London Vincent Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Vincent, East London

Never thought I'd ever again eat anything,made by McDonald's.We need the media,to be informed of all the good and bad,regarding our everyday living.So due to the negative media,we decided that we would buy our burgers somewhere else.Well after I (and hubby)had a discussion,we came to the conclusion,that this could happen at àny food outlets and/or restaurants.Later it was Kentucky, but when they started with Spur, we've had it.This meant,that all of us should stay away from our favorite food"spots"This was when we decided:we don't ever eat anything,anywhere,except at home,or we look past the problems of all,including McDonald's.so when we were looking for a takeaway,to eat something,the first one on our way,was McDonald's.We were surprised at the neat and clean place.We had a good choice of food,drinks,ice-cream and even different cake slices.The staff were very friendly and the lady that served us,was keen to help us,to decide between the food specials and drinks.We didn't have to wait long at all.It's been quite a while,since we had this delicious saucy,tasty and fresh burgers.Their prices are affordable and we most certainly will visit them again,when we cross roads...

Well I've requested them to host a party for my daughter and at first the manager sandy was very friendly and explained all the procedures to me but wen the day of the b'day came things turned up side down...

Before arranging the party I've asked the manager view questions since it was their first time hosting a party since COVID about the party well she explained and also include wat the party packet or box included whick I later declined since I wanted to do my own party packets but by the day of payment she included the party pack to my order which I dd not want and was so unprofessional about the situation and the service after that was not good I'll rate this a 0 rate she was so rude even just because I asked her bout my order I'll never advice or will I ever want to host a birthday party their again.... Thank you but...

Very unprofessional for an international chain group. Went for lunch yesterday via the drive thru, the lady at the other side was totally lost, so decided to go in the store and order, didn't get any better, the new ordering machines were not working, kept declining, No alternate way to order was offered, we tried multiple times to order but with no success. Whoever designed these machines had no clue as to where to put the credit card slot, as its so low and hard to reach, one has to literally go on your knees to be able to use it. Finally after all the hassles, everybody disappears and we were left wondering what's going on. Come on Macdonalds, up your game. That was an order of R 500 that you lost. Very disappointed 😥. We promtly left , not ordering anything and took our patronage elsewhere....
