Nando's Vincent Park — Restaurant in Vincent, East London

Wednesday I went to this store to but supper.i bought 4 items which were 3 quarter chickens and 1 hotpot.2 chickens were supposed to be Lemon and herb however one did not have sauce.it was tasteless and I couldn't eat it. I then called Yvonne who is the store manager but she is on leave which she referred my case to the manager on duty who called me and apologized for the inconvenience. What I didn't like is the fact that I must take back the chicken to the store on whose expense? She was never bothered with the fact that I'm going to bed on empty stomach as the chicken was very bad to eat.i went yesterday to drop the chicken but I would like to be refunded my fuel which I used to return the chicken .I have a problem with their system of not meeting the customers needs or going out of their way to somve or sort their mistake. I have logged the complaint with their customer service but not response which I'm going to...

I had an absolutely awful experience at Nando’s. From the moment I walked in, the service was disorganized and slow. Trying to get assistance was even worse. I had to tell the staff to take my item out from the microwave to hand it to me, as they forgot it was there.

One employee, in particular, a lady named Sinesipho, looked completely lost and untrained. She had no idea how to assist customers and seemed unsure of even the most basic tasks. It was frustrating to deal with such poor service at a well-known restaurant. If Nando’s wants to keep its reputation, they seriously need to train their staff better. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they improve.

Ps. Never ask for extra sauce at this Nando's they won't do it unless you tell them to donin front...

On the 20th of March my partner and went to this specific branch at 8:45pm to order dinner, not knowing that the store closed at 9pm. We were ordering our dinner as usual, no one informing us of the closing time, and ordered 2 rice pots and half a chicken with extra sauce on everything. After asking the server how long it'll be, he laughed and said 20 minutes. By the time we left the Nando's parking lot, it was 9:50pm. Not only did no one keep us informed, but the chips were ICE COLD(but they had 50 minutes to make them?), there was no extra sauce in any of the meals and when we received our takeaway they initially even gave us the wrong meal.
