Arrived at 8:10, even though the listed opening time is 8:00, and the café was still closed. Staff said they were running late. When they did open a few minutes later, I sat down but wasn’t greeted or given a menu. After waiting, I asked if service would start soon and was told they were still getting ready. No one followed up, and when I asked if I should come back later, they said yes.

Worst service. Will never go back. Went there with my two kids, ordered breakfast for all. Waited for more than half an hour, still nothing, while people came afterwards received their orders. Waiting continued while the waiters were passing our table totally ignoring us. On complaining they said they mixed up our orders, promised to serve in 5 mins. Another 15 mins passed, still no breakfast, no apologies , while rest of the guests were receiving their orders. I paid for our drinks and left. Manageress was no where...
