I just sat down and had a perfectly cooked meal that was delivered with super service from one of your employees, to then Watch. Manager walk away from an employee as beg to be listen to (sounds like employees are not getting paid) get your shit together….South Africa is hard enough. Send the older gentleman that seems to move a manager or RM for some training on how to listen to employees request and resolve it without saying ridiculous shit like “what do you want me to do, they not replying to my emails and I can go all the way to them personally) just try again….welcome to being a manager…pathetic.

Ruined my whole experience here just before my flight, I’ll only be coming here again if I hear good news from employees getting feedback for the manager ...
