I'm disappointed in the service that I got from this store. I order 2 Double big bosses and 12 piece chicken today 30.03.2024. While witnessing customers that was attended to including getting there meals before me, coming from retail I thought let me just have a bit more patients. After 45 minutes I went to check up on my order, the gentleman I spoke to bluntly ignored me. I staff member walked by and i asked to see the manager. She noticed that the fillets of were never cooked yet. As per her the cashier didn't communicate to me with regards to the waiting period. This is unacceptable, if I had not check up on my order I would have probably been standing and waiting due to communication. There was no alternative the solution from the manager on duty was to cancell my order. Poor service from management, sadly the strike rate was low at the time and whilst witnessing customers taking there chicken back cause it was under cooked. I will not be going back.
