⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star dining at Daegwol -Anjib in Busan 🌃🌉 , Korea 🇰🇷! We visited for lunch recently in April 2024 during a short visit to Busan. We enjoyed the hearty and generous portions of galbitang 🐮 (a signature dish of this restaurant), and the tasty banchan side dishes. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food was also served very quickly so I would recommend even if you don't have much time for lunch.

Ресторан специализируется на супе из говяжьих рёбрышек (кальбитхан). Много посадочных мест как по европейски, за высокими столами, так и на азиатски манер, за низкими столами. Горячий наваристый бульон, рёбрышки в супе очень мясистые с жирком, корейские салаты по минимуму, но все к месту. Взяли сырую говядину нарезанную замороженную соломкой и заправленную маслом с добавлением груши. Вкусно. Под соджик ещё вкуснее.

부산 사상지역 유명한 맛집입니다. 저는 점심식사하러 방문했는데.. 점심은 11:30에 시작입니다. 웨이팅룸이 잘 되어있어서, 조금 일찍도착했거나 기다리는 손님이 많아서 웨미팅 해야할때도 편리합니다. 사상역에서 가까워서 대중교통으로 접근하기도 좋고, 주차장이 넓게 잘되어 있어서 자차로도 방문하시기 편리합니다. 점심은 갈비탕밖에 없는데.. 이번달까지는 16,000원인데 6/1부터는 18,000으로 인상된다고 하네요. 기본반찬은 깍두기, 마늘쫑, 양파짱아찌 세가지인데.. 간결하고 깔끔합니다. 갈비탕은 가겨이 좀 있지만 정말 푸짐하고, 국물은 깔끔합니다. 손님과 식사하기 좋고, 혹시 외국인 손님 접대시에도 좋을것 같네요. 한국적 인테리어가 고풍스러운 느낌을 주고, 테이블 사이 간격도 넓어서 좋습니다.
