두툼한 제주오겹살이 육즙을 가득 머금어 겉은 바싹하면서 속은 촉촉하니 껍데기에 부분은 쫄깃쫄깃한 식감을 느낄 수 있어 넘 맛있더군요...^^ 특히 멜젓에다 찍어 먹으니 돼지고기 특유의 느끼함은 사라지고 맛난 풍미를 맛 볼 수 있어 넘 맛있게 잘 먹고 왔습니다...ㅎ
