Bad Service!! This is the worst experience that i had in a cafe. I went into the shop and requested take away cut cake. After paid, the shopkeeper took the cake out from fridge for packing. I assumed i need to wait less then 5 minutes. However, i waited more then 10 minutes. I asked what happen. The shopkeeper indicated to me that she needed to prepare drinks. No time to pack for me. I needed to wait. What? The cake is melting outside the fridge. I needed to wait you to finish all the outstanding drinks. It was not only 1 drink. There were more then 3 more outstanding drinks. Does it make sense? Anyway, i waited patiently for the cake. At this moment, some new customers came. The shopkeeper went to the cashier counter to take their orders and prepared their drinks accordingly. What about my cake? It was melting outside fridge. I can't standing at this point and i asked her to pack for me. Again, she said she needed to prepare drinks. Then i asked her to refund. I didn't want to buy this melted cake. Her face then turn black and unpleasant. She packed the cake for me finally. It took her less then 10 seconds. After finished, she threw the box at the corner of the cashier bench which is diagonal to me. And actually i was standing behind her when she was packing. She tried to put the box at the fastest end. Come on!! What a bad service!

If i need to wait, it is OK. But why she took the cake out from the fridge. She can foresee how long i need t wait, why doesn't she keep it inside fridge. Second, I am on the queue for my order, why she served new customers and ignored me.

This is the first time i visited A Twosome Place and i'm sure i will not forget this...

One of the best Twosome Place around Busan. It’s huge! Spacious, clean and very friendly staff that spoke good English.

Food, cakes and coffee are all very well made and delicious. Great place to hang out, catch up with friends and have a great cuppa.

Only concern is that I think they are very under staff in the morning. Such a big cafe and only two persons are working. Had a long wait for my food coffee. Other than that,...

Huge café with plenty of space to seat. You can order both at the counter or at the machine (all in Korean, but with pictures and fairly self explanatory.
