I rate this place so not because I try what they sell it's for the owner, he is someone RUDE and don't respect others. Owning a place give you right to treat others the way you want? A lot of people were standing to get information about the tour, it was really crowded, of course a few places will be difficult to get through. But if you would like people not to stand in fromt of your place I 100% understand that, but there is always a nice and friendly way to say it, not being like you treated those people today. You can be selling the best drinks or whatever you sell but just being the way you are gives me 0 chances of getting to your place. Everyone saw how you behaved and walked away. Shame sir, if you wanna have a business to suceed first learn how to treat people even if they are not buying at your place, I believe you will not like someone to treat you like you did to this family. When my husband and I grabbed a cab at Songjeon Station east of Haeundae, we had the driver take us to Gamcheon Culture Village, a fairly long journey across Busan. We had no specific drop-off destination in mind, so it made sense to stop in front of this cafe since the entry point into the village was just a few yards away. The name Avant Garde was no accident as there was an off-kilter appeal to the cafe with its comically snappish owner and the variety of tchotchkes and various LEGO sculptures on display. The biggest attraction, however, comes down to the impressive panoramic views of the village from the terrace but only if you buy food and/or drink here. WORLDS RUDEST CAFE DO NOT VISIT!!!!! walked in holding my camera and the man refused to serve me because NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ARE ALLOWED - despite literally having a banner of instagram posts at the door and all over their advertising. I said I’d come in for a drink and he just said no because you’ll film. There were also lines of Korean girls taking photos litterally next to us which I pointed out but he said they are ok but you are not. He’s obviously just racist and hates tourists, which is so stupid as it’s literally marketed as a tourist trap. Threatened to call the police when I tried to communicate with Google translate. I know you’re probably thinking ‘oh yeah I bet there’s more to that story though’ but there genuinely isn’t....
