As a foreigner who lives in Busan over 5 years I always try to rate the restaurants and cafes with their food, design and service against foreigners . I do speak Korean so I can express myself - no problem. Food was very tasty, It was relatevely cheap and it was clean:) However, I have couple of things to say about service: workers here preferred to treat us with ignorance ... We did not get hot towels to clean our hands before food, they did not explain us what was the minimum amount of ordering(3portions by the way, we ordered 2), did not explain us that some meat we must cook ourselves so we waited for like 15 min before turning on the gas and frying it by ourselves, did not tell us that some meat is too oily so when they fried it, hot oil splashed on my friend’s face(thanks god, it was small drop and no scar left). The service overall was not rude, but silent and ignorant of many things! However, there was 2 people out of all crew(5-6) who knew what they did and treated us nice. These small things matter. Read moreThis place is incredible. This is where the locals go - which means it’s better than the tourist recommended places. The meat cuts are great. The side dishes they offer have amazing flavour. The staff are helpful; some of them speak great English and can help you with allergies (like celiac, which I have.) they have a computer’s outside to sign you up for wait list. If you’re foreign, go inside and ask for help. They’ll add their own number.
