Unacceptable Service and a Lack of Basic Inclusivity
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received today. The fundamental issue is a severe lack of customer consideration from your barista staff. Simply asking for the Wi-Fi password should not be a difficult interaction, yet it was made unnecessarily challenging. It is unreasonable to assume every customer has the same eyesight or is familiar with your specific setup. When a simple request is met with impatience and a lack of helpfulness, it reflects very poorly on your establishment.
Furthermore, given that a significant portion of your clientele is international, this lack of patience and basic communication is particularly unacceptable. Your staff must be educated on inclusivity and providing clear, respectful service to all customers, regardless of background.
