카페플루 — Restaurant in Busan

In my opinion this could be one of the best coffee and burnt cheese cake in Busan we have tasted by far. Most coffee especially americano coffee in Busan is light and tastes diluted. The coffee in this place tastes rich and aromatic. It has the similar quality as the coffee in Jakarta (where it has one of the best coffee quality in region). The cappuccino is equally good, it’s topped with aromatic cinnamon powder. The burnt cheese cake is creamy and not overly sweet, you can taste the cheese in it. We had an iced peach juice, a ham and cheese toast and a cheesecake here. All 3 were great. The cheesecake was still a bit frozen. While we think that this was not on purpose, the somewhat hard cheesecake actually tasted very nice.

What I didn't like was the female employee who made me feel like she didn't want to serve us. When I stood right in front of the counter and looked at her to order, she was standing behind the ordering screen and looked at her phone. Only when I said "excuse me?" after standing there for a while, she'd look up and take our order. Not very attentive...
