I hate writing reviews like this for a small independent business trying to do the right thing. However, expectations fell very short of reality. I ordered a simple avocado & egg mayo sandwich - should be almost impossible to mess up. The menu mentions egg mayo, avocado, salad and bacon chips. Sounds good so far. The first bite has this overwhelming sweetness which doesn’t make sense - when I take the sandwich apart I see strawberry jam smeared all over the bread! What on earth is strawberry jam doing on an egg mayo sandwich! On top of that, no bacon chips. So I was wrong, seems this simple sandwich is possible to mess up. Coffee was good but waiting times are too long. Disappointing experience overall

First of all, the staff is super friendly. They do take time to give info on the different coffee blends they have. As it’s western style brunch, the place is buzzing with foreigners. The menu is rather European, from scrambled eggs and yoghurt, to sandwiches. Coffee was really good, nice latte art. The sourdough with poached eggs and salad was good. The house sandwich was rather underwhelming. There was a sauce on the side, which made it better considering it had cabbage onion and chicken, but it was quite messy to eat and was falling apart. We suggest staff to cut the chicken in smaller pieces. Still, it’s a good starting point to visit the neighborhood!

Worth the wait! It was a one-woman show when I went, one woman doing everything - taking orders, making the food from scratch etc. I can see why some were annoyed at the waiting time. Took 35 mins for 2 dishes to come out but she was hustling! It got very busy and fast but the food was worth the wait. Food is delicious and healthy, the veggie bowl was probably one of my fav dishes during my time in Korea. If you have some extra time & don’t mind waiting for your meal, I highly recommend!

I'm afraid I cannot recommend this place. It has so much potential, which is such a shame.

The service was dreadful. The cafe was completely empty so there is no excuse.

They made each of our dishes and put them on the side. They were then left there to cool down whilst they made the coffee. Only after the coffee was ready was the food served which, after being left for such a long time, was stone cold. If it wasn't for the fact we were so hungry and short of time we would have sent it all back. Cold scrambled eggs on cold toast is not the one. Presentation of the food was nice, and quality of ingredients high, so the fact it was so cold was very disappointing.

Took over half an hour too despite us being the only customers.

Coffee should really be served first then food served immediately when hot unless you have a hot...
