We were welcomed by the front desk staff warmly upon arrival. The hotel located near Seomyeon station, which is about 5 mins walking distance from Exit 8, however if you are having huge luggages with you I would suggest you to proceed to Exit 10 (for elevator) or Exit 12 (for escalator) instead as there is no elevator or escalator near Exit 8.
We stayed as a group and booked economy rooms for 3 nights (11-14.05.2023) via Agoda. The rooms were a bit small but overall were quite clean. During check in, front desk staff will ask you if daily housekeeping service is required, however housekeeping staff would still deliver clean towels and drinking water every morning even if you didn't request for daily housekeeping service.
The hotel provides self-service laundry and breakfast as well. Nevertheless, front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful. Not only they are able to speak English, they are also able to converse in Japanese too! Overall, I think the hotel rooms and services provided are worth...
Read moreAn otherwise pleasant stay in a neat well-located hotel with a free but basic breakfast was ruined the next day by the weird enforced cleaning hours where you can only have access to your room key at 4pm. Yes, the check-in time at 4pm is definitely very late and the check-out ridiculously early at 10am. We assume the reason is that the cleaning can only be finished by 4pm because when we went to get our room key after staying out till 3pm, we were told the key was not available but we can go up to our room and the door is open with the key inside. When I asked how they could leave a room open with suitcases inside, the girl at reception said, it's OK because we are always checking.|I completely fail to understand how guests can feel that their belongings in the room are safe when the door can be left open!|So, if you don't mind this security lapse, by all means stay here, but I should think there are better options in the city centre with larger rooms and bathrooms and a more...
Read moreI've stayed at numerous Toyoko Inn hotels around Japan and decided to book this in Busan since the location was convenient and I had an early flight. ||||If you have been in any Toyoko Inn in Japan, there is basically not much difference. The system, room layout, and almost everything is alike. Just like Toyoko Inn in Japan, the one here provides good amenities too. Reception girls spoke relatively good English and Japanese too. ||||Location wise, 5-10 minutes walk from Seomyeon station exit 8 or 10. Lots of small cafes, convenience stores, small supermarkets and Korean food shops along the way. Seomyeon underground shopping mall also has fashion stalls and korean makeup/skincare. Location is perfect since Seomyeon has both Line 1 and Line 2, and accessible to most of the attractions in Busan. ||||Didn't have chance to try the breakfast so i cant compare it to...
