Soyeonog — Restaurant in Busan

This restaurant is quite popular, so I highly recommend making a reservation using apps such as 캐치테이블. We ordered the 규카츠+멘치 1/2정식 + 연어덮밥정식 세트.

They provide a heating pan, so if you want to sear the meat slightly more, you can do that. The quality of the meat and salmon were good for the price, and the quantity was sufficient...

I travelled solo to busan and wanted to try the place but i cant get inside to dine cause i dont know how to use the reservation tablet outside or how to do reservation. I just hope there’s an english instructions and menu cause i really wanna try the food they serve as they...

맛: 딱 예상할 수 있는 맛. 보이는 그맛. 알 것 같은 그맛. 흔한 연어덮밥, 규카츠가 아닌, 소연담만의 시그니처적인 맛있음은 아닌듯합니다-(개인주관) 사이드 우동은.. 간은 좀 센편인데 뭔가.. 5%부족한 느낌의 맛이었습니다.....급식소 우동느낌!

재료신선도 : 하루 일정량만 판매해서 그런지 연어도 싱싱하고 소고기도 연하고 맛괜찮았음

서비스: 대답도 크고 잘하시는데, 세심하거나 친절하다는 느낌은 못받았어요. 미리 찾아보고 가서 규카츠를 버터에 구워먹는다거 알고갔는데, 버터가안나와서 여쭤봤더니 그때 주시더라구요? 그래서 원래 주는 건데 깜빡하신건지, 요청해야주는 건지는 잘모르겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

아, 그리고 저희 뒤에들어온 팀이4인이라 2인인 저희가 테이블을 양보해드렸는데, 감사하다고 콜라서비스주신다했는데 결제하고 영수증보니 서비스처리도 안되있구 ...ㅎㅎ

개인적으로는 불만족스러운 식당은 아니었으나, 그냥 한번쯤...
