I got a scare initially while walking towards the shop, I saw the sign next to the sign of the market, but the shutters below the sign were down so I was kinda disappointed I thought the shop was closed! Thank God I decided to walk a few steps more and I finally smiled when I saw the entrance of Samjin Amook! This has to be the biggest and best branch of Samjin I have ever seen. It has so much variety of fish cakes and even sells frozen ones. The place also looks like a museum where you can see the walls telling the history of Samjin. I have never been to such a big branch with so many fish cakes to choose from I literally had a hard time choosing which to buy. Really like the decor, and of course needless to say their fish cakes are tasty. One thing I was kinda disappointed was that it would be better if there were seats for people to sit and enjoy the fish cakes while learning the history about Samjin. I shan't recommend the best because they are really diverse in flavours and it differs among individuals, but if you like to try something a little sweet and different buy the sweet potato fish cake!...

Here refers to a two storey unit with tables and chairs for you to dine at. It’s all self service and pretty well equipped. You can get plates, cups (for the hot/cold water dispenser), cutlery and even scissors so that it is easier to portion your food for sharing or kids. You may want to heat up the food using the microwaves provided though I wish they were less grimy to deal with. Our meal of five items can up to KRW16,900.
Tip: You can dine at the second floor and most of what you need (microwave, water, utensils) are also available there as well but not wet tissue, scissors and tongs - so you don’t need to carry so much stuff...
