We stumbled across this hidden gem while going through the cafe street in Busan.
The mushroom tomato cream risotto was rich in taste and has a mixture of barley and rice in it. The barley gives the dish more substance in bite ( may be a teeny weeny bit tough for those with weak jaws) and the giant oyster mushroom was so crunchy yet juicy - soaked in the creamy sauce.
The bisque cream pasta came with a single big prawn and green pasta ( hope I didnโt get the colour wrong cos of the orange lighting ). Definitely can taste the prawn/ dried prawn flavor in the sauce. Pasta was al dente.
Last, but not the least, the Harsh Brown Mac & Cheese came with nicely charred sticky mozzarella and the crispiness of the harsh brown added a nice crunch to this side dish.
On top of all the gorgeous food, the waitress is all smiles, sweet and friendly.
