Stereotype Of Busan — Restaurant in Busan

We stumbled across this hidden gem while going through the cafe street in Busan.

The mushroom tomato cream risotto was rich in taste and has a mixture of barley and rice in it. The barley gives the dish more substance in bite ( may be a teeny weeny bit tough for those with weak jaws) and the giant oyster mushroom was so crunchy yet juicy - soaked in the creamy sauce.

The bisque cream pasta came with a single big prawn and green pasta ( hope I didn’t get the colour wrong cos of the orange lighting ). Definitely can taste the prawn/ dried prawn flavor in the sauce. Pasta was al dente.

Last, but not the least, the Harsh Brown Mac & Cheese came with nicely charred sticky mozzarella and the crispiness of the harsh brown added a nice crunch to this side dish.

On top of all the gorgeous food, the waitress is all smiles, sweet and friendly.

Definitely, absolutely...

Good food!!! A nice cozy place!!! It's known for usual couple hour waiting but since it was a liitle past 1 pm on Sunday, we only waited for about 15 minutes. We ordered Mac and Cheese, Sandwiches, and Risotto. We didn't look for any reviews or recommendations, we were simply walking by, it caught our eyes and we went in.
