금수강산해물탕 KEUMSOO GANGSAN DAEGU — Restaurant in Daegu

Today, there was a big event here on Deulan-gil, but that doesn’t excuse what happened. The staff was incredibly passionate and friendly, and I wish I could say the same for the food. But the main problem was glaring: the bean sprouts in the haemul-jjim (spicy seafood stew).

We ordered the dish expecting fresh, crunchy bean sprouts—the key ingredient that makes seafood-jjim truly shine. The seafood itself was fresh with no off-putting odors, and the sauce was full of flavor. But the bean sprouts? They were soggy, limp, and an utter disappointment. It was as if the one element that could elevate the dish was completely overlooked, leaving a bad taste in what should have been a fantastic meal.

They did bring us a new serving of bean sprouts, but they were still missing the crunch and were even undercooked this time. This led us to conclude that the bean sprouts they use were probably never fresh to begin with.

We also tried the Yukhoe, which was tasty despite being overwhelmingly peppery. As for the banchan, they were overly salty and lacked depth in flavor. This was my first and will certainly be my last visit to this restaurant. Although, I have to admit, their Sikhye was quite delicious.

Ultimately, my favorite of this restaurant...

ถ้าใครกำลังมองหาร้านอาหารทะเลสด ๆ ในเมืองแทกู แนะนำร้านนี้เลย! 금수강산 해물탕 (Keumsoo Gangsang Daegu) ประทับใจตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกจนต้องกลับไปซ้ำอีกรอบ!

จานเด็ดที่พลาดไม่ได้คือ 해물탕 (แฮมุลทัง) หม้อไฟทะเลร้อน ๆ ที่อัดแน่นไปด้วยอาหารทะเลสดใหม่ ทั้งปู กุ้ง หอยเชลล์ หอยเป๋าฮื้อ ปลาหมึก และหอยหลากหลายชนิด น้ำซุปเข้มข้น กลมกล่อม หอมกลิ่นทะเล ยิ่งซดตอนร้อน ๆ ยิ่งฟินสุด ๆ กินคู่กับข้าวสวยร้อน ๆ บอกเลยว่าฟินไม่ไหว

อีกเมนูที่ติดใจคือ 육회 (ยุกฮเว) เนื้อดิบปรุงรสที่นุ่มละมุนลิ้น รสชาติสดใหม่ อร่อยจนต้องสั่งเพิ่มอีกรอบ!

นอกจากอาหารจะอร่อยสุด ๆ แล้ว ยังมีบริการเครื่องดื่มฟรีตอนจ่ายเงิน ดื่มแล้วรู้สึกสดชื่นมาก ๆ เป็นการปิดท้ายมื้ออาหารที่ดีสุด ๆ

บรรยากาศร้านก็กว้างขวาง สะอาด และสบาย เหมาะกับการมากินกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว แถมการเดินทางก็สะดวกอีกด้วย

สรุปคือ อร่อยฟินทุกคำ บริการเยี่ยม บรรยากาศดี...

해물탕 재료가 신선하고 생물이라 국물맛이 특히 좋으네요 얼큰이탕을 먹었는데 시원하고 깔끔한맛을 느꼈던 해물탕 맛있었어요 주차장도넓고 실내도 개인룸 이랑 홀 에 넓은 식탁과 작은식탁용 깔끔하고 넓고 해서 편한게 식사를 할수 있었네요 해물찜도 주변손님들 께서 많이 주문하셔서 드시고 계셨어요 찜도 먹어보고싶었요 그리고 산낙지도 주문가능하네요그리고 해물탕 해산물도 추가로 주문가능 합니다 부모님을 모시고 오랜만에 외식 이였는데 두분다 만족하시고 맛있게 드셨다고 하셔서 기분이 좋았어요그리고 추가로 새우튀김도 주문했어 먹었는데 크기도 적당하니 맛 있었어요 아이들이 좋아할것같은 메뉴도 있으니 가족동반...
