라멘집아저씨 — Restaurant in Daegu

I have visited Mr. Ramen (라멘아저씨) with the family several times now and we’re always impressed with the food and service. I happened upon Mr. Ramen a couple of months ago and have been returning regularly ever since.

I most recently had the Mazesoba (마제소바) which was really delicious. The wife enjoyed a Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen (매운돈코츠라멘) which I tried and found not to be too spicy even for me! The kids shared a bowl of regular Tonkotsu Ramen (돈코츠라멘) with a plate of really crunchy Karaage chicken (가라아게 치킨). Despite being two of the fussiest eaters, at the end there were nothing but clean plates and no complaints.

Really fresh ingredients. Very friendly owner. Cool location at Daegu’s 김광석 street. I can’t recommend eating at Mr....

대봉동 김광석길 주변에 있는 라멘집아저씨 대구점 전남 지역에서 시작된 일본라멘 전문점으로 목포에서 유명한 맛집이라고 하며 주차장은 없기 때문에 김광석거리 공영주차장을 이용해야 한다.

품절된 메뉴 포함하면 10가지 이상으로 종류가 다양하고, 대체적으로 가격대가 1만 원 밑으로 형성되어 있어서 다른 업장에 비해 가성비가 좋게 느껴졌다.

주문한 카라이미소차슈멘은 아지타마고가 너무 맛있었고 와 진짜 얼큰해!!! ​육수는 처음 먹어보는 맛이었는데 닭 육수와 섞인 건가 싶었다가 메뉴를 다시 보니 소+ 오리 육수와 섞어서 만드신 메뉴들이 많아서 카라이미소차슈멘도 소+오리육수 베이스인 듯 맵지만 담백하고 끝에 고소함까지 느껴져서 끝까지 맛있게 먹을 수 있었다.

보통 오후 3시5시까지 브레이크 타임인 곳이 많은데 대봉동 라멘집 아저씨는 오후 4시5시에까지 브레이크 타임이라 오후 3시대에 식사가 필요하시거나 김광석 거리에서 간단한 한 끼, 대구에서 가성비 훌륭한 라멘 맛집을 찾는다면 추천하고 싶은 곳! ​ 매주 화요일 휴무고 수요일. 목요일은 단축 영업 재료가 소진될 경우 일찍 영업종료하시니 방문 전에 꼭...
