지나가다가 고기 먹고 싶어서 범어 근처 둘러보다가 들어온 집. 네군데나 지점있길래 얼마나 맛집인가 보고 싶어서 훔닥 들어옴. 한명인데도 친절하게 맞이해주셔서 호감… 원래 고깃집은 한명 달가워하지 않는데도 반갑게 맞이해주셔서 마치 집에 온줄… ㅎ 어쨌든 서비스가 중요한건 아니고 가장 중요한건 고기의 퀄리티. ‘맛’ 이기 때문에. 맛에 집중하려고 삼겹 2인분 목살 1인분 시켜서 굽기 시작함. 3인분이 기본이라 많을까 걱정했는데 생각보다 많지는 않음. 리얼 숯에다가 고기 굽는게 얼마만인지 감격… 삼겹부터 굽기시작해서 잘 구워 먹는데. 맛집이군. 그냥 똑같은 고깃집 생각했는데 뭔가 다른 느낌 초벌구이 삼겹… 목살 최고. 맛에도 행복했지만 또 플러스로 좋은 느낌을 받은 건 사장님의 서비스 마인드 인것 같다. 손님이 뭘 원하는지 계속 주시하고 계시다가 필요한 게 있으면 바로 제공해주시고 손님의 말에 귀를 잘 기울이시는 듯. 고기 다굽고 밥은 괜찮냐고 여쭤봐주시는 친절에 아주 감동. 자알 먹었습니다. 다음에 반드시 또 올게요!
