Nakyoung Tsimgalbi (Stewed Ribs) — Restaurant in Daegu

We ordered the hanwoo version and unfortunately found some chewy meats in our dish. I tried but couldn't chew it at all and that piece ended up in the napkins.

The stewed ribs was on the bland side for me and we got the non spicy, they offer you three options. Yes, it's still red, but it's not spicy - didn't sweat while eating the ribs.
