궁칼국수 — Restaurant in Daejeon

As Daejeon is famous for kalguksu, I think this is the place worth trying that specific dish nearby KAIST. The taste was great, especially the texture of the noodles were awesome. Also, don't forget the Pajon. The portion was too big, none of us were able to finish our own meal. Price wise, it's in the moderate range. Atmosphere and the hygiene was okay as usual in most of the korean restaurants, but unusually it took almost 35 mins to serve...

Korean and English 물총, 육개장 칼국수 둘 다 맛있는데, 직원분이 친절하지 않다는 말에 공감합니다. 젊은 키큰 여자분이엇는데, 간이 안된것같아서 말했더니 그럼 간장드려요? 이딴소리만 해서 빡쳤었는데... 안에서 일하시는 주방장 아저씨께서 상태파악하고 새로해주셔서 그나마 괜찮았음. 맛이 좋아서 서비스만 잘 하면 잘될것같은데, 아쉽네요.

어은동 궁칼국수 - 물총칼국수+보리밥 7000원

정말 좋아하는 칼국수 맛집! 칼국수를 먹으면 바지락 먹을 때 가끔씩 돌 씹히는 느낌이 너무 싫은데 궁칼국수에서 나오는 물총칼국수는 그런 경험이 거의 없다.

칼국수 나오기 전에 먹는 보리밥부터 시작해서 칼국수까지 양이 진짜 많고 면발도 탱탱하고 국물도 얼큰해서 좋다. 이번에는 먹지 않았지만 궁칼국수 해물파전도 맛있으니 단체로 가게 될 경우 한번 쯤 먹어보는 것을 추천! 아, 그리고 아무리 매운걸 잘 먹는 사람이어도 궁칼국수 김치는 진짜 매우니깐 칼국수 국물에 씻어 먹든 조금씩 먹든...
