Nuovo Napoli — Restaurant in Daejeon

One of the two good pizzerias in Daejun. Trust me I have been living in NYC and LA for the last ten years and tried all the famous pizzerias. Relative to the price they charge in NYC/LA, this place is not really expensive but at the level you’d expect from a place that uses a wood oven. Pizzas are good but with one downside: the dough is salty. It was so salty I could not focus on understanding the taste of tomato sauce and cheese. I wish the portion of rucola (arugula) was larger. I have been in this place many times.Great atmosphere and nice wood burning smell. The best Neapolitan style pizzeria in Daejeon for sure. Lovey thin crust light pizza cooked in wood oven with beautiful fresh ingredients. Nice selection of drinks, appetisers and desert. This place is a must visit if you like...
