Afiya Halal Restaurant — Restaurant in Daejeon

Be prepared to wait a long time to get your food. You may even have times when other people arrive later than you but get served their food sooner, as was our case. Other than that, when they take the time to cook things right, the food is great, but when they don't, some things are rendered inedible. For example, in our case, 9 out of 10 times, the naan was burned, so we had to peel off a lot of charred bread. Also, when we tried take-out, the naan was not only burned to a crisp (completely black), but the tandoori chicken and the meat in the curries were raw, too! We were shocked, to say the least... So, just something to keep in mind. They don't seem to consider their customers' health at all. :( I'm surprised none of the reviewers here had these problems, as I don't think the times we went were all...

This place is located on strategic area near Yurim Park, Kaist, Chungnam Univ. The taste of the food was really good. I order rice menu (i forgot the name of the menu), my friend ordered another menu (noodles and egg only, no rice)...
