Gimpogeumssalbapjip Jimmyjae — Restaurant in Gimpo-si

This is a traditional Korean set menu (hanjeongsik) restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, and the side dishes are served in appropriate portions. Refills for the side dishes are free of charge once you’ve finished them.

One downside is that due to the table layout, it’s difficult for larger groups to sit together. It might be hard to accommodate more than 8 people. Because there are so many side dishes, the table can feel a bit cramped.

Another thing that could be improved is the service — it would be better if the floor staff walked around more frequently to check on side dishes, offer refills, and clear...

It's a supremely busy place, wait to park, wait to sit, wait to eat... but the food is really nice, and varied! There is no "wow" dish, and you basically just order "today's meal" (and can add if desired), but everything is really tasty, lots of food, and variety. 마치 이천에가서 쌀밥 먹는 기분이랄까? 서빙을 차려진 테이블 전체를 가지고 와서 식탁위에 쭈욱~ 밀어서 올려준다.

반찬 가짓수에 놀랐지만 무엇보다 김포쌀로 지은 돌솥밥이 짱! 밥맛도 좋지만 누룽지가 지대로다! 메인 요리는 고등어 구이, 샐러드, 황태구이, 보쌈인데 뭐니뭐니해도 촉촉한 고등어구이가 짱! 메인은 딱 한번 리필되고 나머진 무제한 리필인데 우린 고등어구이와 보쌈을 리필했다. 나머지 반찬 중엔 취나물 리필. 미역국과 들깨탕도 있어서 뭘 먼저 먹어야할지 고민!

비듬나물, 가지요리, 부침개 등등.. 거의 모든 반찬을 싹 비움. 이 모든게 15,000원이라니
