해오름한정식 — Restaurant in Goyang-si

This is a fancy fine dining restaurant serving Korean cuisine at it finest. Although you can order individual dishes, the main is its course menu. If you are looking for a place to experience fine Korean cuisine in the vicinity, or if you want to celebrate a special occasion, this might be the one for you.

There are two courses for dinner time, each costing 52,000 and 75,000 won.

What was impressive was that our server explained each of the dishes as they were being served, including the ingredients and how to best enjoy them.

I could see that each of the dishes were made with a lot of thought and effort and overall, the dishes were more on the healthy side while still being delicious at the same time. I also didn't find the food that salty, either.

One downside, though, was that I felt that we were being rushed as the next course would come out when we weren't done yet.

Not surprisingly, our server told us towards the end that she rushed us because we came late. She said that 7:50pm was the cut-off time for the last order but that we would have to come earlier to enjoy at a more moderate pace. So for those interested, I recommend you visit around 6-6:30.

We had chosen the 72,000-won course and the amount of food was more than enough. But then again, I'm not a big eater.

I won't write down all the dishes here in this review as it seems that the dishes change over time, judging from the photos...

민호씨 Pick 들러볼만한 식당

가성비 괜찮다고 알려진 일산의 퓨전한식 다이닝식당. 가족 모임차 방문했어요. 런치 B 예약했고 맛도 썩 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들 친절하시기도 하고 만족스러운 식사였어요. 원하시면 음식 설명도 해주십니다.

추천 메뉴 코스 A, 런치 B, 코스 B, 런치 C

런치 B는 1) 맞이요리, 2) 처음요리, 3) 본요리, 4) 버섯솥밥과 찬·국+아롱사태찜, 5) 후식 구성으로 1시간 20분 정도 걸렸습니다. 양도 성인 남성이 먹기에 딱 좋았고 음식 나오는 타이밍도 적당했어요.

맞이요리가 가장 맛있었어요. 장단콩이 들어간 단호박타락죽 풍미가 기억에 남고 상쾌하듯 고소한 한우삼색육회, 유자드레싱 같은 세비체도 입맛 돋구기 좋았습니다. 맞이요리 없는 런치 A 주문하면 분명 허전했을 거에요.

이어 나온 소고기참나물도 상큼 고소하니 좋은 밸런스였어요. 계절전으로 우설 식감같은 소고기육전과 팽이버섯전이 나왔는데 잘 조리된 건 분명한데 평범한 느낌? 메인요리에 앞서 갓동치미가 나왔는데 깔끔하고 이색적인 맛이었어요.

문어스테이크는 맞이요리 다음으로 맛있었습니다. 방풍나물페스토에 올리브오일, 허브의 향긋함이 더해져 문어와 잘 어울렸어요. 튀김에 올려먹으니 더 좋았습니다.

뒤이어 나온 식사는 아주 평범했습니다. 달달함이 강했던 아롱사태찜, 무난한 반찬. 청어알젓갈은 제...

주중에 일요일 예약하고, 일본에서 온 친구들을 대접하러 방문하였습닙다. 음식도 맛있고, 분위기도 좋았지만 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있었네요.

전화로 예약할 때에는 52,000원 코스 3인분으로 하였는데, 결제하기 전 영수증을 보니 75,000원 3인분이었네요...

코스 시작 전 주문했던 것이 맞냐라고 말씀하실 때 친구들과 이야기하느라 제가 제대로 확인안한 탓도 있고, 또 외국에서 친구들이 놀러온 자리라 분위기상 그냥 계산하였지만, 추후 방문하시는 분들은 예약했던 메뉴와 실제 나오는 메뉴가 일치하는 지 잘 확인하셔야할 것 같습니다.

물론 직원분들이 바쁘셔서 실수하셨다고 생각되지만, 앞으로 조금 더...
