I like these grimy no nonsense soup houses that usually open early and close late. Some of the tastiest galbitang I’ve had in a while. When they give you scissors, you know it will be good. The presentation was old school as well. Can do better with the cleanliness but it comes with the territory right. Right out of a 80’s Korean crime noir flick. I lived right upstairs for 1 week so I ate here twice. The take out was proper too. It’s all about beef in a bag, you dig?

특이하게 돌솥밥이 나오는 설렁탕 집이에요. 뜨거운국물에 돌솥밥이라니....ㅋㅋㅋ 안어울리는 조합인데 누룽지 먹을땐 또 괜찮았어요. 테이블에 뚝배기에 돌솥까지 받으니 조금 불편해요. 4인테이블에 3명이식사해도 솥에 곰탕그릇까지 6개가 올라가니 좁더라구... 김치 석박지는 맛이 괜찮았어요. 반찬은 셀프라 부족하면 가져다 드시면 됩니다.

특이하게 뼈에 붙은 갈비만 5개 나왔는데 잡내없이 깔끔했다. 소스는 와사비간장이 나오는데 개인적으로는 참소스나 겨자소스가 나았을것 같다. 돌솥이 뚜껑이 없이 나와서 마지막 누룽지 먹을때 온도가 딱 맞았다. 구수하게 마무리했다.
