돼지국밥, 돼지부속(염통, 혀, 귀, 내장 등)은 없습니다. 다만 비계없이 살코기만으로 아주 가득한 건더기. 그것도 양념이 잘 배여있는 고기. 국밥이지만 어린이 입맛인 사람에겐 적격입니다. 모든 사람들이 돼지 내장을 좋아한다고는 생각하지 않습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 국밥은 누구나 다 맛있게 먹을 수 있습니다. 심지어 내장을 좋아하지만 내장없는 이 살코기 국밥을 즐길 수 있습니다. 그러나 맵습니다. 매운걸 먹을 수 없는 사람은 얼큰한 이 맛을 거부할 수 있습니다.
