근래 먹은 칼국수중에 가장 훌륭했던 칼국수. 조미료 맛도 많이 나지 않고, 식후에도 부대끼지 않았습니다. 겉절이가 약간 맵고 짜긴 했지만, 덜 맵고하면 너무 많이들 드실테니.. 이해합니다. 양이 많아 보이지만 먹다보면 맛있어서 다 먹게 됩니다. 식사하고 나가니 주인분이 나와서 인사도 해주시네요 감사합니다. 정말 잘먹었습니다.

경주남산 삼릉지구 맛집입니다. 자기 맘대로 굽어 자란 소나무들이 숲을 이룬 삼릉과 손수 칼로 잘라 조금씩 다른 모습을 한 국수발이 묘하게 어울리네요^^ 산행 후 탄수화물 공급에 이집만한 칼국수가 없죠. 정갈하고 정성이 느껴지는 곳입니다.

맑은 칼국수이지만, 삼삼하게 간이 배어 있고 밀가루 냄새는 전혀 나지 않았습니다. 정말 전통적인 칼국수의 매력을 잘 살렸고, 경주와 제법 잘 어울리는 맛이었습니다. 파전도 바삭하게 맛있었지만, 해물이 많지 않음이 조금 아쉽네요.

면이 정말 쫄깃하고 맛있고요.

국물도 여느 칼국수집처럼 조미료 맛이 강하게 나지 않고 멸치 육수 맛이 정말 담백하고 좋아요.

직접 담근 김치는 일품이고요.

김밥도 집에서 만든 맛이 나서 넘 좋았어요.

서빙하시는 분도 시원시원하시고 인상이 좋으셔서 기분 좋았고요.

원피스를 판매하시느라 치렁치렁 벽에 걸린 건 조금 산만해서 분위기 별은 뺐어요 😅

담에 경주 가면 또 가고 싶은 식당입니다🙂
