전통맷돌순두부 — Restaurant in Gyeongju-si

Apart from the arguably below average food quality, well this is a tourist place I take that, but this place is not for the solo tourist. Big groups by the bus visit here, i am 100% sure you do not wish to dine with them in the big open space. It's like a packed local pub on Friday night...sigh =3

Staff cannot speak Korean and English...

It was one of those places starred on TV and you can see how they make their own tofu(using machines) but I wouldn't intentionally plan to visit this restaurant and it was just so so. My taxi driver...

누구든 알아야 할 것이 있다. 경북 음식은 맛이 좋은 편은 아니다. 반대로 전라도 음식이 맛있는것 처럼. 경주에 가면 나는 맛집을 찾아보지 않는다. 그냥 비싸더라도 쉐프급 레스토랑을 찾는다. 그건 맛있으니까. 근데 여긴 내가 가지고 있는 경북 음식의 편견을 어느정도 깨준것 같다. 모두부와 파전, 두부 전골을 먹었는데 모두부는 맛있었고 파전은 그저그런 정도 두부 전골은 보통보다 높은 수준의 맛을 보여줬다. 경주 내 내가 경험한 일반 음식점 중에서 비교하라면 내 경험상 여기가 탑! 어중이 떠중이 가는 것 보다 여길 가는게 이득이다. 불국사에서 경주 시내로 들오온다면 보문 쪽 지나서 가는 길에 있으니...
