ON THE BORDER, Starfield Hanam — Restaurant in Hanam-si

They used to have the cheap lunch menu but no longer have it. All dishes are way overpriced. The good thing is,, their service is better now at this location. Maybe due to new management. The previous waiters never asked to double check order but today the waitress or could be the manager asked if I wanted sour cream since I didn’t want cheese and then ask if I wanted sour cream on the side instead of on my burrito. That’s never happened before. We also got drinks included in our meals and that never happened before. My son got a strawberry smoothie because they said our meal was over 30,000 but our meals are always over 30,000 and today had been the only time they gave us drinks. Overall, service was good, food is good, but it’s just overpriced. :) OTB need to keep the fish and chips...

It's a good taste of home. Supremely over priced and too long of a wait to get in. This makes you feel rushed a bit. But you cant go wrong if you need that Tex-mex taste. Service is... Friendly and speak English but can be a bit weird and/or shy due to language. Food is not synced so one of you will get your food well before the other. Chips n Salsa is great. I had the enchilada steak plater whice tasted great. Friend had the fajita steak plater. Both of those plus 2 mug peach margaritas cost 85,000 won in total. But it was well made. It's a once a year kind of place. Located in Star Field mall... The atmosphere is quite nice even for being busy. There are better places than this for sure but if you've been craving it (and you have the money)...

Parking - Visitors can use Starfield parking garage. Just make sure to let the cashier know that you parked & share your license plate number.

Wait time can be long depending on the time & day of the visit but you can add your party info at the kiosk to join the waitlist. They recently revamped their menu to include Tacos and made some changes to their existing ones as well. Their free chips and salsa were still good. But their entrees were unimpressive and appetizers were okay. Would not recommend if you are looking for some authentic...
