Taco Bell — Restaurant in Incheon

Returned on 1st June. Was looking for reviewing the lady’s bad behaviour taking orders here at airports Taco Bell . She literally told us to shut up ( putting finger on her lips) and told us to just listen. We were vegetarians and just wanted to make sure if anything veg is available or can be custom made. There was no one after us for placing orders too. She stormed in to tell us don’t ask again and again and just listen. A frustrated lady who probably should be put to some other work. Definitely doesn’t deserve to be serving customers with that temper of hers. Yet she failed to deliver us all the items under our order. Had to go back again to tell her the missing items in order. Pathetic pathetic experience. Have travelled the world but never came across such a poor behaviour from anyone. I have never reviewed good restaurants but reviewing this lady taking orders in a hurry and shushing the customers was alarming and obnoxious behaviour . We were travelling back from a very good stay in Seoul but went back with this one bad experience to be shared for...

You might be asking yourself if you should get Taco Bell while at the Incheon International Airport! Perhaps you have a little time or maybe you enjoy the novelty of it all: a Taco Bell in a Korean Airport.

The first time I ate Taco Bell, that was heaven. Quite a very long time ago.

Now, it looks totally different. Barely any meat, the price does not fit the serving. Just disappointed.

Oh and the staff asked me if I really wanted to take away my order. I said yes. And I was told I will not be able to eat in the area if I take away my order instead of dining in. 👎
