Lotteria - Incheon Airport Terminal 1 — Restaurant in Incheon

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Rude, disrespectful staff. They seem to be nitpicking everything anyone does e.g. the receipt did not print for one lady’s order number and a member of staff started shouting at her! An elderly man came in and did not understand how/where to collect his order and was shouted at as well. In my case, there were no seats when we ordered so we chose “Take out” option. When we finally got our food (which was awful we couldn’t eat most of it), there was a spare seat so we jumped to it. We were half ways through trying to eat we were asked to leave by a member of staff communicating by shoving a phone with Google Translate in our face - “Store food not allowed” and pointed us towards the exit. We were shocked and taken aback by this and felt so uncomfortable that we just left. Never have I felt so disrespected by a member of staff especially after spending money in a establishment. I would understand if it was a restaurant but it is takeaway food. Anyways I would totally avoid - both the food and the staff attitudes...

It is a usual practice for travellers to order takeaway at restaurants for getting ready to go boarding. Among all the restaurants and airports I visit, it is the first time being “yelled” and “commanded” to leave the restaurant while dining in with their food in takeaway packages… all tourists with this regular habit were expelled by the lady in picture. Some customers just started their meal, some are almost done like us, were accused by this lady for the same reason.

I hope this can be escalated to the Lotteria Management, if you are mandating travellers to dine in without your takeaway packages, put a sign outside! Alert your customers before they order. All customers felt super embarrassed at your staff’s...

I arrived at Incheon International Airport after a 13-hour flight from Los Angeles. Lotteria, which is open 24 hours, welcomed me on the first floor of Terminal 1. I usually get a bulgogi burger or a shrimp burger, but I tried the giant shrimp burger, a limited menu item at Incheon Airport. The shrimp patty of the giant shrimp burger was twice as big as the regular shrimp burger, but it tasted less shrimp than the regular shrimp burger. It tasted more like fish cake than shrimp. Next time, I should order the bulgogi burger or shrimp burger that I usually get. Anyway, Lotteria at Incheon Airport is open 24 hours, so it's nice that I can get food conveniently...
