Anyway, this place is a legit bakery that uses many different types of flour from around the world to make their various baked goods. They have different stuff popping out fresh from the oven all the time. It's really popular with tourists and locals, and some people buy a ton of bread... So it's hit and miss on what you will find when you arrive. Jalapeño cheese ciabatta was outstanding. The pan au chocolat looks amazing. They also sell little handcrafted wood items like cutting boards and pot holders, and their coffee is high quality. Overall an excellent bakery with excellent coffee. -Tomato olive bread: this is basically a small pizza. The dough was really good, and the tomato, olive, and cheese combination were also really good. -누룽지 ciabatta: 누룽지 is a burned bottom part of the rice in a pot (especially, traditional cast iron pot (gamasot)). This ciabatta found a good balance between 누룽지 flavor and the traditional ciabatta. -Mocha bun: moist inside, crispy outside. -Salt bread: my fav. It’s like a big version of freshly baked pretzel but not as hard outside. The coarse salt they sprinkle on the surface of the great goes really, really well with the buttery flavor and soft bread texture....
